How To Make Studying Feel Cozy, Calm And Effortless

Hi Beautiful, if you're reading this, it means you're deep in exam season.

Millions of students are in the trenches, suffering from colds and perpetual fatigue, and are ready to pull all-nighters to achieve the highest grades possible.

Over the years, I realized that to keep your mind sharp, it's important to create a cozy place dedicated to just studying and to romanticize it, and with the cold creeping in, exiting your house and going to the local library seems way less tempting, as your home is growing in appeal each day.

Monopolize Warm Drinks

Teas have great properties, and the ingredients can be really cheap to obtain, great for your mental health, memory retention, and body temperature, and your best weapon to relax and stay focused.

Wear Comfy Clothes

Nothing really fancy, soft track suits, especially the knitted ones, are the perfect home clothes, they keep you comfortable without slipping into "pijama mode", we all know how our brains work, as soon as you stay in your sleepwear, you're under the bed sheets.

Moodboards for a Reality Check

Not in the very sense of the word, but the point of all of this is to motivate yourself and to not fall for traps like I'll do it later, so you always need a reminder of the type of life you want to achieve.

Avoid your bed (4 dreams only!)

Trust me, I love my bed, but the brain needs to distinguish between work workplace, and dreamland. Even if it's the floor, having a small portion of your house or room dedicated to study maximizes the ability of your brain to absorb the necessary information.

Hi, gorgeous, that's today's little love note. You can find it on my official blog site, too. I hope your study sessions are going beautifully. Sending love to the workers reading too! Take care

xoxo
